A guide should be useful without making up details about my life or work. When something is missing, it needs a path to a human answer.

This portfolio is also a knowledge interface. That makes a missing answer a product decision: the guide needs a useful next step without pretending it knows everything about me.
One question, one thread back.
The handoff connects a website conversation to a Telegram message. Matching my reply to that message is what lets the answer return to the right person, even when the response arrives later.
Make the experience feel ordinary.
The visitor can keep exploring, return to their conversation, and dismiss a notice they no longer need. The operational details stay behind the scenes; the useful part is getting an answer.
